Heres a good joke:

Zion had almost as many FTA (19) as the Lakers team (21)

I mean come on. That is serious BS.
smh

To be fair, we hacked him an awful lot, which I would assume was strategic. We didn't want to give them any sort of energy and he is pretty automatic going downhill, whereas he is pretty iffy from the line.

Zion's game is below the rim. Teams are going to rough him up. It's meant to intimidate him and I don't think he can be intimidated.

Yeah Zion was a truckload tonight. I hate to think of what he'll be like with a couple years experience.

Haven’t we won our games this year when he’s been out?

Pretty much the same for all teams with a superstar. Imagine the Bucks without Giannis

So AD isn’t a superstar?

Of course he is, that’s why we are first in the west.

My point is without LeBron but with AD we’re still a .500 team

Just curious since you obvious are not getting it.....what was our record last year with Lebron without AD?

(exactly)

Completely different team and completely different LeBron. If you don’t see that, there’s no point in trying.

That is not the point nor the point you were making......the fact is without the two of them playing together we are nowhere close to our record that we have......Labron is not carrying a team of jags any more then AD is......and you KNOW it

Forget it. If you think LeBron and AD can equally carry this team, you obviously don’t get the point l.

No....it is not that they can equally carry the team...it is that NEITHER of them can.

If Lebron doesn't get injured last year, the Lakers are a playoff team and that is after Magic completely wasted our FA space on Beasley, Stepheson KCP and Rondo. Replace those with actually good players - such as Brook Lopez and that team is a top tier team.

Even this year, if we didn't make the AD trade and used our FA money smartly, I still think we are a top-3 seed in the west.

Gets it. Without LeBron we’re the Los Angeles Pelicans.

How do you base that when we were back in the damn lottery

Based on WHAT? Labron was not injured the whole year......the team around Labron was NOT Top 3 That is a absolutely insane take

My take away from tonight's game is that when Lebron gets old or retires, we have a sorry azz team. We're basically AD's Pelicans, but worse because take away Lebron, he had a better supporting cast.

Better hope Lebron takes a drastic paycut to allow us another star.

it's true we're only as good as lebron is. reason why i'm so doubtful of our chances this year. if hes phenomenal every playoff series we'll win a title. but i just think we ultimately run into a team that makes it hard on him then we have to rely on our not so great supporting cast..good luck at that point
