|
|
So Jimmy turns down the T-Wolves attempt to sign him to a Max deal and he can be a FA after this season, so the Wolves would be smart to trade him..
(Plus the Reports of: Jimmy's Getting Angry!!)
Trade him for Kawhi? Not a bad idea, unless Kawhi bolts at the end of the season.
How about trading Jimmy for Kuz+Deng+1st Rnd pick? (Salaries match up)
Then at the end of next season, the Lakers will still have a Max-slot open to potentially sign: Kawhi, Cousins, Thompson, Durant, or ???
Would this line-up be ready to challenge the warriors?:
PG: Zo
SG: Butler
SF: Kawhi
PF: Ingram

Deng is pretty much untradeable unless we add additional assets to trade him. I don’t see Lakers trading until after mid-December when newly signed players with expiring contracts can be included.
Would probably have to add Hart or another 1st round pick to unload Deng in your trade scenario. |
