Any team with chris paul is dangerous... and west/okafor could have a field day with no bynum and gasol....

ill predict us to lose this game due to matchup issues without our bigs

lakers 98

hornets 104

No way. MBENGA = Dynasty my friend.

In seriousness, their bigs are undersized so i don't see that as a major problem plus they can't stop anybody.

Lakers 108

Hornets 96

As big of a laker fan as i am, i like your prediction and also think they will lose. They will take advantage of us specially in the post. Kobe will need to look to be aggressive offensively. We need Artest to step up big this game to even stay close and guys to knock down shots.

Lakers need Lamar to step up way more then Ron. Ron's been playing perfect ball the past few games. Lamar only had 3 points yesterday, he needs to be in the 15-20 point range against the Hornets.

I say the Lakers win. CP will go for like 35 an 15 but won't get enough help to win.

Okafor isnt a good offensive player. David West isnt a post up player but that isnt necessarily a good thing. Kobe may have a bit of a tougher time tonight if they put Posey on him. LO is due for at least a good game because his last couple games have been terrible.

Powell and Mbenga better step it up again. West and Okafor are the real deal inside. Anyone have any info on whether Bynum or Pau is playing in this game?

They don't have a scoring center, so I think DJ will be fine. West is a jumpshooting bigman, so Lamar better not sleepwalk on defense. They don't have a solid 2 and they have nobody to stop Kobe. On the same time we have nobody to stop Paul, but New Orleans trend is the same - the team as a whole gets 24 assists, while CP gets 18... no additional playmaking. Plus they have a horrible bench so far (with Posey absolutely sucking), so I hope our 2nd unit manages to severely outplay them.

Lakers win, the Hornets are looking awful.

GO LA!

If he does that, we'll most likely win.

Lakers need Lamar and Ron to be big tonight, a big 3 of Kobe, Ron and Lamar is still a better combo than Paul, West and Okafor in my view.

we need to milk kobe and artest in the post - whoever posey's not defending.

if we do that, and if we can limit west's offense - we'll have a pretty good shot imo.

i'm actually more concerned about armstrong offensively than i am about okafor.
haven't seen him this season yet, but i remember the guy has a pretty good offensive game which is a big concern specificaly tonight with our two bigs out, and so few fouls to give.

anyway, limit the others, let paul get his 35 = we'll win.

i still believe we can win this game even without our bigs... its our house, kobe to be kobe, plus lamar and ron ron stepping up and our bench will show up big time, yeah!!

GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe some of you would even say, let alone think we would lose. Come on LG, you're better than that; some of these people are the same ones who said we would lose to the effin' Grizzlies.

The only bad thing I can see happening is CP3 torching Derek Fisher and the 3ball hurting us, other than that, this looks like an easy game.

PS: NO is not what they were 2 years ago, they litterally suck ass now.
