The Nuggets are very tough. Chauncey Billups doesn't rattle. They are going to bring it harder than any of the 1st three games. On top of that the Lakers are fatigued.
The Lakers need to find a way to slow the game down. On offense go inside to Pau early and often and also drive into the paint looking to get fouls on their bigs. On defense clog the lane. Turn them into a jump shooting only team. If they do those two things well I think Lakers will win.
Although I see tonight as the Nuggets best chance at winning. I pick Lakers by 10. |

I think stealing homecourt and not giving it back was the best chance for them to win this series. I'll admit things weren't looking good in my mind going into game 3. Now that we have homecourt back I don't see us giving it up again. This series should go five or seven games. I don't think going 7 games for the heck of it will do this time. We need some rest. Finish it in 5. _________________ https://psntrophyleaders.com/user/view/tenike1

I certainly hope the Lakers win tonight but I would be VERY surprised if they do.
First of all, Denver is a much stronger team than many people on this board are giving them credit for.
Secondly, this year's Lakers have shown no ability whatsoever to match a desperate team's intensity when the Lakers have margin for error. I believe that deep down, the Lakers are happy with a split and will mail it in tonight if Denver gets control of the game. |

I could understand giving away the game if we had a chance to close out at home, but that isn't the case. If we lose today, we just guarantee ourselves another trip back to denver. Why give up game 4 just for a chance to close out in denver? With the way denver has responded, I wouldn't bet on them folding in a game 7 either. _________________ https://psntrophyleaders.com/user/view/tenike1

Probably a wish more than anything but I do think Odom will have one of his "I'm actually pretty good" type games tonight. _________________ On pick and roll defense.

I would love a wire to wire double digit victory, but don't think it will happen. I think this game will be like the other 3....frustrating as all can be. |

If Lakers win, its in 5. BUT I will not be surprise if the Lakers lose, Kobe looks dead tired, he's got little left to pull Lakers out towards the 4th. |

Golden opportunity.
Nugs have the pressure of a must win game.
Karl is being forced to make changes as the series gets longer. Not a Karl strong suit.
Nugs are still sore of throwing a chance away to take a 2-0 lead in LA, and upset at the thow bad inbounds passes.
Now they're second guessing themselves for taking too many threes.
There is more in the Nugs heads......
Bottom line, if the Lakers stay close the first 12 minutes, Bynum/Fisher gives you anything, Lakers go home up 3-1 |

I don't buy into fatigue being a factor at all. Kobe and Gasol will be ready. They have a fear of losing this series they wil bring the effort. If we can get some inside buckets early with Bynum and Gasol I think we have a good chance in another close game to win.
I think Melo will feel more pressure to score and may play more selfishly and revert back to last season's Nuggets. And then our execution will cut them up as LO likes to say. |

If we win this game Denver are in BIG trouble, if we don't then we could well be looking at a 7 game series.
Tonight is a must win for the Nuggets, but for a Laker team hoping to make the finals this is also a huge game as 3-1 is a great position to be coming home in, but 2-2 puts the pressure back on us to keep home court in game 5.
I think we'll win if we get our big men more involved offensively as this will get easier looks, allow Kobe to rest a little, draw fouls, and slow the tempo, all playing to our advantage, it's the smart thing to do. |

Anyone know the game 2 refs of last years Finals? |
