A 30pt smacking would pretty much kill Houstons will for the rest of the series, so i'm hoping for that. More then likely though we will get up by 20 or so and win by 10-12pts.

The problem with Bynum is he is too offensive mined.. he needs to be a force on defensive and let the offensive come to him!!!! 2 fouls in less than 5 mins of play. That messes up our game plan!!!!

I get the feeling game 2 will be close with the rockets feeling loose and good about themselves, hopefully lakers can pull it out.

Were gonna hit our shots in game 2, i doubt Houston will be hitting shots out of their asses the next time around. We'll win, not by 20 tho. Like 10-12 points tho.

I doubt that will happen. Lakers will have a big lead, then have the bench screw it up, forcing the starters back in to finish the job. That seems to have happened in every win the last few weeks.

that will be an incredibly frustrating game to watch, knowing this... i bet that's what will definitely happen too.

This is true. However, against Yao, Bynum's defense is his offense. He can tire Yao out because he's stronger than him. I know he picked up his third foul in the third quarter but he was playing well. Phil's coaching last night was questionable at best.

Ariza, Fisher and Sasha have got to make their shots while they are in there. Trevor does other things but when Sasha and Fisher don't make shots, they are useless out there.

If we lose this game, we lose the series.
So buckle up and go for the blowout.

Geez, haven't we seen enough already?

More Odom, less of The Big Potential, please.

+1

LETS GO LAKERS!

I just love these threads. If memory serves, there was a thread somewhere that the Lakers were going to win big in Boston Game 6 and force a Game 7. Also, I remember someone guaranteeing a win in Game 5 verus Detroit.

It's good to be confident, but these things have a habit of coming back in the wrong way. Win big, win ugly, win by luck... a win is a win, just get it.

Agreed.

IBTL.

There is no such thing as jinxes. Why the (bleep) do people act like it has an effect on anything?

Seriously.

I think we win, and go back to Houston with a bang!!!! I believe the Lakers are MAD right now, it was prolly a good lose to jolt them into panic mode.

i would usually be all for it. But after losing, I'm greedy. I wanna win by 20 and not give them any confidence that they kept it close enough that we only beat them by two.
