I want Birdman turned into a cheap, TV chicken dinner!

Bynum's return ftw! Let the streak-busting begin!

The bench especially should be pumped up tonight! Birdman's gonna have his wings clipped off tonight as well!

As crazy as this may sound, it feels like opening night for me all over again. I haven't had this much anticipation for a game since then. I've pretty much watched 98 percent of all Lakers games this season but I feel antsy about tonight since Drew is coming back like it opening night. Weird.

I always hated that Billups for Iverson trade. We'd never see Detroit anymore anyway since they'd never get past Cleveland or Boston. With Iverson Denver was in disarray, but with Billups they have one of the players in the league that hurts us most. Not that we can't beat these guys in a series, but they should be a complete afterthought instead of the tougher team they are now.

I wonder how many minutes Bynum will play. It will tough after that long of an absence, all the more reason why it's good he's getting his feet wet now. But Denver is definitely a pretty physical team to come back from injury against.

Kind of like what the rest of the league thinks about us with Gasol.

One of our players must dunk on Birdman this evening. I nominate Shannon Brown.

I am hyped for this game. Kobe can pass Charles Barkley on the all time scoring list tonight with 34 points.

Let's hope that freakin' TNT will not screw Laker fans over by taking us to the action in progress, mid-way thru the first quarter!

So you think they should not show the end of the previous game?

No, but do what they did a while back and put the game on TBS so we don't miss it. For some reason they do it for everyone else but the damn Lakers.

Bynum's return tonight has got me watching the Lakers Rhapsody video on YouTube from last season, great stuff.

You really think it's because they don't like the Lakers. It's a time zone issue.

I've always hated when the games are on TNT, ABC exclusively for this reason. It's distracting to suddenly be shown action midway through the first quarter. It's kind of like putting you in a roller coaster in the middle of the free fall. No time to take that first inhale.

Solution: Space games out a little. Fifteen minutes should do the trick.

The real solution is to stop with the freaking 30 minute half times and 5 min TV timeouts.

The latest the game will probably start will be around 7:50, that's my guess, and I don't see the 76ers and Bulls taking that long.

Are you saying that time zones hate the Lakers? I've always thought the same thing, but I can see I'm not alone in seeing the truth behind the time zone conspiracy.

Do that and get the game started immediately instead of 10 after and they should be ok.

If I'm the Nuggets Nene, I would call in sick tonight. Staples Center is going to be mad wild with Andrew Bynum's return.
