odom & fish are the only ones who shot over 50%
(guess shannon brown did two--but that was only 1 of 2 shots)

Everybody played terrible tonight. Kobe couldn't find his shot, and neither could anyone else for that matter, but we have a REAL problem now with the bench.

WE DON'T HAVE A BENCH. There I said it. That's a fact. It's not debatable anymore. This team has ZERO depth. If Kobe shoots poorly, this team doesn't have a prayer.

Kobe went 7/14 in the second half.

Much better than the first half.

Yes, the bench is still playing poorly, but the interior defense (mainly Pau) was also subpar tonight.

Pau's interior defense for the most part is terrible. But tonight it was just horrid. I swear i dont think he challeged a single shot.

if they stopped taking jump shots... then maybe they'd get more...

That's my point to...how can a team be shooting so bad from the outside and not start attacking the basket!?!?

And the second unit...oh my....they should be playing their asses off to earn legit time in the playoffs...they should also be concerned with the starters and getting them some rest time...

We also need Bynums presence on the court...at D and on offense... I'm a big Gasols fan, but he is a PF, not a C...

vujabrick?
this is what we gave up turiaf up for?

if we had kept turiaf, not signed powell and instead gotten anthony morrow a frickin rookie who can shoot 50% from 3s we wouldn't be in this mess.

Gerald Wallace went 10/16, and it wasn't from jumpers.

But, that's the difference between Drew and Pau anchoring the defense.

Sasha pissed me off when he got mad at LO and he was like shouting.

He's too bossy on the court and he thinks he is at Kobe's level.

That's why it's important to get Bynum back sooner rather than later.

I disagree.

They obviously haven't been playing well, but getting Bynum back will make a difference. If for no other reason than getting the rotations straight and hopefully improving interior defense.

And it's not often you'll see the Lakers offense struggle to the extent they have the past couple of games.

I'm really excited for Drew to come back. It means LO off the bench and little less JP (he wasn't playing good lately).

WOW this team is in complete shambles!
We just aren't hungry and we are developing bad habits so close to the playoffs. I think Farmar has got to go. He is not developing into our future PG. Phil let it be known as soon as he let Brown come off the bench first!

I put big bucks on the Lakers to win the finals. Guess I was wrong there.
