We haven't exactly been playing stellar basketball since Boston game. Houston will be motivated. Sounds a bit tight, but not too much, i'd make us a 5% favorite.

Kobe better not make it a 1-on-5 thing. Lakers have plenty of firepower to take down the Rockets and Gasol/Bynum should absolutely KILL them inside with high percentage looks all night. If they get Yao in trouble Rockets have no chance.

Agreed, but really I don't see kobe trying to do that, we have four seven footers and they only have one,

Yes but admitedly their 7 footer IS 7 foot 6

"I know I can do the job on the perimeter," Alston said. "I think that's playing into my hands. But if he takes me on the post a double has to come right away."

On the post or on the perimeter, his arse is toast.

Alstons ass is gonna get (bleep) up no matter where Kobe has the ball. Without Artest and Battier the Rockets have no one that come close to slowing Kobe down.

When you have a 5", 30 lb. advantage you better take 'em into the post. Jumpers come and go.

I didn't see anything mentioning Battier out. There are quotes from Battier in the article posted above saying that he needs to stay out of foul trouble tonight.

You guys should beat us without Artest and T-Mac. The only way I see us winning is if Yao gets off because Jackson doesn't like to double....or if y'all just completely overlook the game thinking about the Spurs. I don't see it happening........

We've been doubling all year long, it's part of our new strong side zone.

He is on the Injured list on ESPN, saying he is day to day...

Damn, Kobe playing with an injury...make it 55pts.

I think Odom will play, seeing as how short we are at the moment.
