I could care less about this win. This win tells me more that this team is going to lose against BOS if they continue playing like this and if Phil continues putting these kind of lineups on the floor.

Another 100pt game by the other team. No defense, no rebounding, just awful. We out offensed our way to a win. We are soft and will lose in the Finals again if we don't change that.

This is ridicilous we should be blowing this team out they shouldn't even sniff a 100 points. Look at what Boston is doing to Indy tonight +23 in the third.

Our defense needs to start playing like Boston's or we will never win the championship! Whomever, the coaches are responsible for these east teams needs to be doing a better job, and Kobe and Fish need to start guarding the perimeter better.

I use to convince myself that Phil was just trying to keep Bynum's minutes in check--that him not playing in the end was more related recovering from his injury. I think maybe I was being too generous. Maybe tonight was an alpha dog move by Phil after Bynum's comments (considering how well Bynum was playing with the game far from over in closing minutes).

Didn't Indy beat the Celts earlier in the season? And isn't Indy playing the second of a back to back? I'm just sayin

The 76ers hit the 100 mark for the 6th time in the season.

And the Lakers allow 100 points for the 6th time this season.

How fitting.

26, 8 and 5 for Andre Miller? Jesus Christ, and I thought for sure that it would have been under 25. Our defense at point is truly bad beyond imagination.

What happen to Kobe guarding the other teams best player and shutting him down like he did in the beginning of the season and in the olympics why can't the guy keep doing that now?!!!

Just a question anybody know the answer?

Bynum having a great last couple weeks.

He's got six straight at least 15 points including three 18 point games.

It is compensated, a lot, however, with Brand's line. Generally, if the other team's best player is a big, we'll have a good chance to win, because they'd have to try to go directly go against Bynum.

The win is most important. Clearly not the defense for a championship though.

Boston is crushing INdiana. They're actually not playing much better D than we did, but they're destroying them on the boards. I'm sure the 28 to 6 ft differential helps though. We need to learn how to play physical defense without fouling too I guess.

they coach defense and no offense except for the losing teams and d'an's new knicks. every defensive minded team in the east has an anemic offense. the only reason the c's can get over 90 is cause they have 3 hall of famers on one team. if you take one away and replace him with a solid role player. they would be in the same boat as the rest of the low scoring anemic east.
the rules are different back east. they allow them to push, hack and hold. because if they dont. they will never score enough points to make the game watchable. in addition that mentality of rough and rugged comes from hard workers back east. its the mentality of the fans in the building. we have stars in our building and a bunch of corporations buying up seats. the normal hard working fans that are L.A. are in the nose bleeds. so we get a different kind of game being played when we show up. if they dont allow the bostons of the nba to grab and hold a team like the lakers. the c's would get blown out the building every single night. who would want to see that? Me and the rest of laker fans no one else would want that.

We have all the tools to be the great defensive team we have shown at times this year but we really need to get back to that style, dare I say Celtic style.

God I hate the Celtics!!!!!

Lakers better start playing better defense!
