First of all let me start out by saying hello to all of my fellow Lakers fans. This is my first post, but I've been visiting this site daily for the past year. As for the game tonight, I'm currently pretty disappointed because I'm supposed to be at the game tonight. I'm located in central Illinois so I was going to drive over with a group of friends. Yesterday, one by one, my friends completely sold out on me for various reasons. Now I've been to Lakers games before so normally I wouldn't be so upset, but today also happens to be my birthday! Thought it was going to be a GREAT night. Add that to the fact that I'll be leaving for the Navy next month so this would've been my last chance to see the team in person for a long time. Would've been pretty sweet seats also considering I got the tickets from one of the Lakers players. Guess it just wasn't meant to be
Regardless of my sob story lets hope for a Lakers victory, and continued health for the team...GO LAKERS!!!
I'm hoping we can play a complete game for once (or at least blow 'em out early and cruise through the rest). Regardless, as long as they win, I'm happy.

Why bother to watch? You know we're already going to win. This game will be a piece of cake, Lakers are now 15-1. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Happy Birthday, man!
Cheer up, maybe the game will be ugly and you'll be happy you didn't go.

First off - Happy Birthday!
Wow that sucks man sorry everyone bailed on you, and on your birthday nonetheless!! And to give up seats given to you by one of the players?!?! Not a great start to your birthday but I'm sure it will get better.
Personally, depending on how far it is and what other plans you come up with for tonight, I would highly consider going alone... maybe go early, hit up a sports bar nearby, find a hot girl or two who might be interested in your hot seats. I think the tickets, the story behind them, and your shipping out next month should all combine to net you some kind of catch
Finally, thank you for serving our country and best of luck to you. God bless.

Don't take em lightly, teams like these gear up to player top-tier teams. Put em away early, don't give them hope at all. TJ Ford gave us fits the last time he was on the raps!! Watch that dude, and Granger. BTW, isn't Granger out? lol...
5 of the Pacers' 6 wins have come against playoff teams (including Boston and @Houston). If they get their crowd into it, we could be in some trouble.
1. rebound
2. close out on and keep a hand in every shooters face (mainly granger)
3. dont play help defense on scrubs
4. attack the hole (they have no quality bigs)
5. blow them out early!

Big enough to join the Navy, not big enough to go to Lakers game by yourself? Common man, it's your birthday! Get out there and enjoy it.
