fyi La Jolla residents, Time Warner Cable SD has NBA TV on channel 413.
Unfortunately I don't think it matters; I was all ecstatic that this was gonna be on NBA TV, but then I checked my local cable provider (Time Warner Cable), and yes, a preseason game is indeed being shown on NBA TV, but it's Bulls vs T-Wolves.
I'm in San Diego here, btw (UCSD ftw), so yeah, before you celebrate, you guys should double-check your local NBA TV schedule. |

Yes, tomorrow we will see the starting line-up most likely of:
PG- Derek Fisher
SG- Kobe Bryant
SF- Lamar Odom
PF- Pau Gasol
C- Andrew Bynum

No it's not!
I've had the NBA League Pass for 4 years now and the NBATV channel comes with the whole package. Trust me. _________________ "It doesn't matter how hard you try because you can always try as hard as you want, but its how smart you play"-Phil Jackson advice to Kobe

Yes, the whole NBA League Pass it totally worth it, not only do you get every Lakers game but you get all the NBA games that are not National Televised. Also during the entire year of basketball and including the offseason you get the NBATV channel all year which has tons of great programs like the Greatest games, talk shows, behind the scene stuff, and as of right now you get to see live preseason camps going on right now. They've been showing the Hornets preseason camp this year. _________________ "It doesn't matter how hard you try because you can always try as hard as you want, but its how smart you play"-Phil Jackson advice to Kobe

I have NBA TV but no LP. Always been that way in the three years I've lived in SD.
*shrug*
Must vary with each region I suppose. |

I get off of school tomorrow at 1pm and it's my day off of work so I'll be watching the game at my friends pad on his big screen. Hell yeah, I can't wait to sport that purple and gold tomorrow. |

Finally! Finally we get to see Bynum back in action. Finally we get to see Bynum with Gasol. Finally we get to see how a lineup of Bynum, Gasol, and Odom looks like. It's about time. Go Lakers! _________________ Repeat Champs Baby!!! |

On my cable system it's separate. I pay for basic sports package which includes NBA TV then I buy League Pass separately every November. I just didn't want the other poster to automatically assume one comes with the other. Every cable system seems to be different. |

Hea, you know it's alright if some of these guys/fans get excited. Hell even I now its just pre-season and the real deal doesn't happen till the 28th, but its a new start to a some what new beginning and everyone including myself is anxious to see how everyone is coming along even if its 1 pre-season game. _________________ "It doesn't matter how hard you try because you can always try as hard as you want, but its how smart you play"-Phil Jackson advice to Kobe

I know and agree. Just putting the disclaimer up for the people who will start giving up on players/the season if we lose, win ugly etc... |
