The jizz played about as well as they could, slurped the refs before the game, and the Lakers were as horrid as last year, and it was still a close game. Gasol you better show up in game 4.

This game was definitely in reach. Morons just threw it away.

Lamar, 3 for 3? WTF Lamar? That's all you threw up?

Lamar didn't take any bad shot tonight and he didn't pass any open look.
I prefer that that forcing a shot and bricking it.

Lakers missed 7 Free Throws tonight, and lost by 5 points.

True, but we shot 81% from the FT line, it's unrealistic to expect us to make all of them. Free throws really isn't our biggest concern.

We weren't going through these playoffs undefeated. EVERY TEAM, even good teams, have bad games. The freaking Spurs got blown out by 20 points twice in a row and you don't see their fans crying like this. The important thing is that the Lakers regroup and come out focused on Sunday.

A 7ft center playing 40 minutes needs to get more than 6 (bleep) rebounds. That's pretty bad.

It was a bad play, but there were a lot of bad plays late in the game.
Kobe shot two airballs, commited 2 turnovers...
Don't blame it on Luke.
In fact, don't blame it on anybody.

Great post. We simply didn't play well enough over 48 minutes to win, whereas the jazz put in a great effort and deserved the win.

Game 4 is a new game. Let's move on.

i hope you meant to say jordan farmar. At least Luke did some things. Farmar has really sucked it up lately.

I'm not that upset, I'm just hoping the Spurs and the Hornest beat the hell out of each other.....would have been nice to get a early jump on the either one of those teams though.

Forget those two teams, we are likely going to be tied 2-2 by Sunday night.

I think this series is still going 6 games as I predicted prior to the start of it.

Why are people going apesh** over this? Jazz played over their heads and won by 5. We get Gasol to play even a fraction better, and we take this in no more than 6.

Ronny was terrific tonight. I feel like the paint is much more protected with him in there.

He can take any Jazz big men off the dribble and he wussed out. 2 of his baskets were inside.

Yes, he was aggressive, he attacked and drew fouls. He was 6-8 from the line thats an aggressive Lamar.

Pau on the other hand...

apparently some people seem to feel losing game 3 automatically means losing game 4.

I agree with you though

That's sports.
Utah Jazz is a good team, a great one in home, and they also want to win, you know.
I have, however, a problem with Bavetta's reffing tonight.
It was horrible.
