| the place is so awesome.... my favorite place of the ivar is the coed bathroom.... the girl in the next stall was trying her hardest not to let out fart sounds LOL .... too late... she let a loud one rip and stunk up the place..... guys that were waiting in line for that stall were laughing so hard.... when she got out i heard one of em say "I dont think we should use this bathroom for 30-45 minutes" "it was the best pops impersonation I heard" |

| What business is the Ivar in nowadays? It has a long, long history of bouncing from a porno theater, live sex shows, conventional theater and a hall for musicals like The Unsinkable Molly Brown. |

Ahhh... I suspected that they turned it into a nightclub when you mentioned the coed restrooms. It had a pretty good location for a nightclub, though it was smaller than some of the seedy clubs back in my day. Not that I was ever inside.  |

Dayum, 999 a girl ripped one? how hard was the rip? i'm guessing it was a small rip with puff sounds. guys mostly laugh when they fart in public girls mostly get embarrsed and cry the girl must've been going through hell.
