Philly West - 1870 Westwood Blvd

A cheese steak w/o gravy is like a day w/o sunshine.

In this case, gravy is sauce, as in marinara.

Still not buying it. In my book a cheese steak is just that...cheese and steak on a roll.

Who else has post-it notes all over their work space as reminders to do things that they'll never remember to do?

There is no such thing as a cheese steak with gravy. Cheese Whiz is acceptable though

Gravy is sort of traditional in Philly (and to again clarify, marinara sauce is called gravy in certain regions, with Philly being one of them).

Personally, I skip it. Provo wit and leave the ketchup bottle.

Isn't Ketchup just marinara sauce loaded with High-Fructose Corn Syrup?

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
