Anyone here know any sites I can use to help me look for condos and or homes in the LA area?? Most of the ones I'm finding are having me go thru a realty agency. Anything out there? _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Most condos (or homes in general) with run through agencies. Funny enough, I found my condo through the LA Times real estate section online. Once I found it, I told my agent to set up an appt and went from there. I really didn't like the places my agent was showing me. |

Most realty companies will grant you search access to the MLS by signing up with them. Go ahead and sign-up. Set the parameters of what you are looking for, and they will e-mail you when the new listings come along. The worst that will happen is that a realtor will contact you - just say you are just starting to look, are not ready to buy for 6 months to a year (or whatever) and you want to start seeing what is available on the market. They won't bug you unless you say you have to move today and you have money burning a hole in your pocket.
Zip Realty is one that I use because they don't bug me. |
