If they cant get a pig to sit on a corner with a motorcycle then why bother.... Save Lives blah blah BAAAAAH ..... EXTORTION is what it is.... People make mistakes they are not 100% perfect

i have gone to the police for help 4 times in my life. they were of help to me 0 times. not sure what they do exactly other than give out speeding/parking tickets.
