No not the nail clippers, or the ship. The basketball team. Those punks in marketing are trying to smear my name with their flyers and asking me to join the "Clipper Nation".

HA! Guess what (bleep)? I would rather have my fingernails pulled, although if that were to happen I would totally sue your asses. I am thinking of filling out an order for porn magazine subscription and put their return address there. Smear my good Laker loving name.

What is worse is that my dad saw the damn flyer and forced me to admit once again that the damn clippers had a better record than the Lakers.

lol AT the Clippers, if they were a man, they would be a short man, because they have obvious little man syndrome.

They will always take a backseat to the Lakers. Why don't they just move to Anaheim and change their name to the Los Angeles Clippers of Anaheim?

Clippers: 47 wins

insignificant difference, but give it to the clippers if you want. imo not strong evidence of Clips being the better team, despite their talent. but they tanked a game or two? all that means is that they're the type of org to tank a game or two. even winning teams can maintain a culture of losing. but then you'd have to mention kobe's 2 game suspension, which lead to the loss of two very winnable games against a then spiraling Utah.

Season series: 2-2

still looking for evidence that they're better.

Playoff dismissals:

Lakers: lost big @ Pho in game 7
Clippers: ^^

granted the clips made it to the 2nd round, by beating the laughing stock of the playoffs (yes, even worse than memphis, whom played the best team and went down fighting. compared to Denver, who just went down nut grabbing)

The lakers would have beaten denver just as soundly as the clips did, and would have lost to phoenix; we know now that mihm still wouldn't have been ready by round 2, so its hard to say whether having him ~70% would make the difference.

so where is the difference? does it really just boil down to those 2 wins?
