Everyone here uses the letters imo in their discussions. After reading countless posts and never being able to figure out what it means, I finally had to swallow my pride and ask...

What does it mean?

Thx,
B

I like "BBBQ." The extra "B" is for "BYOBB."

The extra "B" is a typo.

Imo is a mythical being, which is depressed and always mad at the world. They like to slit their wrists and don't jump at a rock show. I hope that was helpful.

Well it depends on the context of the sentence.
Example;

IMO with Jessica Alba.

I made out with Jessica Alba.

It is a poorly spelled way to say either:

"I'm in the lawn care industry"

Or:

"I have a scorched-earth policy 'down there'"

(Wow, what a classy way to spend my 1000th post! )

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger, I finally gave up and had to ask what the heck lol was that I'd see on so many posts. I mean I'd see lol all the time.

Well I found out that it stood for LOTS OF LAUGHS.

Isn't that profound...

I actually still don't see the point of using lol like it was used all the time (I notice the fad has kind of died out)... so what... lots of laughs ???

I still wonder if someone is pulling my leg with that answer.

BD why all of this LOL all the time I still wondered.

BTW, "BD" is my own creation for BIG DEAL.

oh and BTW is for BY THE WAY.

I also get a kick out of some who thow out a player's initial who has nothing whatsoever to do with the thread so then you have to figure out who say CB is (which in this case is Charles Barkely).

LOL...
