Try checking out the summer pro league section of the site. There will be plenty of breakdowns of tonight's game. |

Look forward to the update. thanks.
Hope Bynum is having a good game....
Mind you, I think it is no co-incidence that Bynum has had 2 sub par games with Farmar out of the line-up.... No one to give him decent entry passes.... and no one else really looking to set him up. |

Lakers 55-47 at halftime after some dude hit a half-court shot at the buzzer.
I don't have the scores for Drew or Farmar right now, but Farmar isn't playing great so far. He was 0-4 til he finally hit a jumper in the 1st qtr. Drew hit a nice jump hook over this big- ( a t ) ss 7-3 Puerto Rican guy. Some guy called him "Giraffe" behind me...that was kinda funny.
Deron Perkins has been the player so far. He's got 13pts and has played very good D with 3 steals so far, I believe, followed by breakaway dunks/layups.
Slaughter gave his usual boost of energy off the bench.
Horvath, as usual, is always in the right place at the right time but the guy just can't finish to save his life....it's almost comical.
Von came in off the bench with about 6mins left in the first qtr and after 3 consecutive hurried bricks from outside, got pulled in favor of J.R. He was noticable upset when he went to the bench. Dude just isn't getting it unfortunately. He needs to stop dunking during warmups and just shoot jumpers.
That's it for now. I'll update at end of 3rd.
Peace |

I'm curious if Farmar has practiced at all since he tweaked his groin. |

79-68 Lakers end of 3rd.
For u guys not very high on Bynum, he has 15pts now. He had a legit pump-fake, up and under move that would make Hakeem proud. And a real nice fadeaway from below the right elbow. Looks real good!!! |

Way to go Bynum! Wonder if Farmar is getting him the ball more now that he's back in the action? |

sorry for the double posts...my Treo refreshes sometimes.
Anyway, game over. Lakers 114-85.
Bynum - 19pts. Hit another fadeaway J from the left base. sweet!! Got his last two off a pretty dime from Farmar in the last minute. Had nice footwork today and is keeping the ball nice and high. Don't sleep on this guy...he's the real deal...or he will be anyway.
J.R. - 13pts
Farmar - 13pts. Sweet left-handed teardrop off a right-handed frive thru the lane.
Green - 13pts. Had some nice athletic drives in the 4th. Played good D as usual too.
Douthit - 8pts
Von - another quick pull at beg of 4th after maybe 6mins of play. I heard him say "Already???" He had one nice take to the rack proving again that he needs to recognize when his shot aint hittin that he can take it to the hole whenever he wants to.
Alright y'all. I'll update again at tomorrow's game. |

How much lift did he get on those fades? Did he take(and make) them all over the 7'3(Peter Ramos) dude? |

19 and 8 for Bynum. Good bounce back game.
It doesn't appear as though Farmar had his strongest game (13 pts but only 1 assist).
Green looks like he had his usual solid game.
Great shooting from Pinnock. He's been playing great and is quickly distancing himself from Wafer.
Wafer had another poor game. His stock is dropping fast.
Good boarding by Douthit, but not so good on the turnovers.
Another solid outing for Slaughter.
Surprising numbers form Perkins. Too bad he has no shot at making the team.
BTW, I'm just going off of the stats... |
