I got a new camera and took about 900 pictures.

Took me a while to pick these out.

This camera is much more suited to indoor sports, but I'm still learning how to use it.

It was a fun day.

Bynum looked stronger, but got a lot of fouls. Von Wafer looked more seasoned. And I was surprised that Farmar quietly led the team with 17 points.

But most impressive to me was Danilo Pinnock. Solid player at both ends of the court.

I didn't even notice the socks.

Funny what people pick up on.

Whatever makes him comfortable I say.

Just hit me. Jerry West looks just like Tom Willis on the Jeffersons.

The picture quality is so much better than last year - good choice of camera.

I did a lot of research. My goal was to get the most quality at the most reasonable price. Spent a lot, but could have spent a lot more.

I'm using a Canon Digital Rebel XT, 8MP and 3 frames per second.

For near court shots, I mostly use a Tamron AF 28-75mm f/2.8 SP XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) macro.

For closeups and down court shots, I use a Sigma AF 70-200mm f/2.8 EX APO HSM DG. This is a very nice lens, but is quite heavy. Got a monopod to help me hold it up.

Bynum has odd form on his dunks, kind of splay-legged. Nice wingspan though.
