Scrub teams having the games of their season against the Lakers. What else is new with the theme for this season.

119-113, 40 seconds left.

Never say never, and never give up.

We need to come out and get a 3 or a quick easy 2, and then start the fouling.

With 40 seconds, we can turn around at least 4 possessions here, and that's not even considering if we can force just a single turnover.

why does kobe look so irritated today?

From the opening quarter he's been on the refs on EVERY single possession, in between possessions, during timeouts, coming out of timeouts. I was screaming for him to just shut up a couple times. This is the worst game I've seen him play all year. Maybe even in the last 2 years.

Lakers 34-62 from the field ignoring Kobe.

We're not going to win a lot of games when Kobe shoots 30% from the field with high shot volume, but obviously our D didn't help tonight either...Seattle has 117 points.

Yup... another game were the boys gave up 100+ points....

Kobe got abused today, at home. That's why he's pissed off. Don't say he didn't drive, he drove all day, got hammered and no whistle. On a night where Lebron shot 28 free throws for much less contact, this is crazy. Mihm was injured off a push off from Wilcox, who threw him backward and off balance. I've seen Lamar called for an Offensive foul for much less. Yet another game where we've had to fight through bad play and unfair refs.

That's a really courageous bet to take...

The point is not to give up...I've seen games won in these situations.

Plus, people have been saying it's over since 7 minutes left.

Kobe misses 2 3's on one possession. 30 seconds Seattle ball, down 119-113. Game over.

Of course, if Kobe misses to point blank 3 pointers, and we come up empty, the chances get a lot dimmer.

Look... truth is, Kobe could pull this out...

If he clears his mind, goes out there and strokes a nice 3. gets a steal then strokes another...

question is,.. can he clear his mind
