The psychological edge the Nuggets had over this team was a huge factor. They had an aura that we couldn't beat them. Now they finally beat this team, maybe there will be a huge weight lifted off of this team.

The Lakers actually won when LeBron and AD got support, who would've thought it?

AR and DLo stepped up.

What's sad is that the Lakers probably have another win if they had the AR from last year. The Lakers have defended them better than last year.

AR hasn't been as good as last year either. It's just lost in the fact that DLo and Rui have been horrendous leading into this game.

Props to the Lakers for not going down without a fight. It would've been easy to do so in this situation.

Agree if you are not happy with the front office, franchise,coach etc… there is a team in LA called the Clippers go there…

Plus side, they kept Aaron Gordon at 3 rebounds, he was part of those Nuggets run in 2nd half getting them 2nd chance shots.

Gordon was the difference last year, and again this year. AD made sure he didn’t get those rebounds this game.

Solid win tonight. Too bad they blew Game 2 or it’d be a series. I expect Denver to end this in G5. They slept walked tonight and the Lakers themselves didn’t even play that great

AD and DLo had great games. Lakers showed really good team defense tonight, especially down the stretch. Lakers looked more aware of what Denver would try to do, but still looked like it was tough to stop.

Lakers have to show up and play hard, I think they can take some things from this one to apply to the next one. I thought Ham did a good job today, actually. He missed that one challenge earlier, but the referee did throw the ball in a little early but I don't know if Ham was going to challenge actually.
