You win this and we can start talking about turning this team into a winner but if the Celtics embarrass us it’s gonna get cloudy again |

They won't win 500k but it's one of the most important games in the regular season and it counts in the standings to boot. _________________ Yi Jianlian Fanboy. Respect The Chair.

We better not play our normal short close out to the 3 point line this game when all they do is shoot threes. |

Lakers’ injury report for Christmas:
— Rui Hachimura and Jarred Vanderbilt are probable.
— Anthony Davis (left ankle sprain/bone bruise), LeBron James (left ankle tendinopathy) and Cam Reddish (left groin soreness) are questionable.
— Gabe Vincent is out.

Left ankle tendinopathy? is this something he suffered during the OKC game or there just using it as a questionable report? |

I posted a quote about it from Ham in the injury thread but basically it's a repetitive use/mileage type of thing. It's what they put on the injury report for him the last few times. (Basically him old) _________________ #IStillBelieveTaurean |

Imagine all those recent losses, then beating two top 5 teams in a row. |

You need players playing above themselves to win this one. Like last game, you had a 40 piece from LeBron(along with complete dominance in the clutch and perfect 3pt shooting) and 22 from Rui.
There's nothing we've seen this season that says the Lakers are better than the Celtics.
One piece of hope is that they're definitely more vulnerable on the road. All their losses have come on the road. |

Between the referee assignments and the Celtics being due for an off shooting day, I’m expecting a comfortable win today. Merry Christmas everyone! |

Hopefully the energy our Lakers showed vs. OKC is there tonight vs. Boston; Ham REALLY needs to emphasize running players off the three in this game unlike the last one.
That'll mean less double-teaming on defense, but they have to stay big so the Celtics don't force switches that allow them to comfortably shoot over smalls most of the game. DLo as a third stringer again helps us defensively. Let him excel against their bench lineups.
Whatever the outcome, Merry Christmas everyone! |

We better not close short on the perimeter aka the Ham defensive special. All Celtics wanna do is shoot threes! |
