DJ can be valuable in RS but I don't think he pushes us any closer to another ring. If we add him and play him, it'd mean opponents can just pack the paint and dare us to shoot all day long.
A few pro-Jordan comments, 1 of them said they hope Jordan stays away from the Lakers because he can help a contending team you should fast forward that link to Car54.
The pro Jordan comments was all from the same guy silly lol
The first comment in my post was a brain fart lol nonetheless a mod praising DeAndre Jordan should add some value, btw it’s been fun talking hoops with you today... have a good night

You are not going to get a better big man for the min. who fits perfectly the way the Lakers want to play this season. _________________ Everyting negative - pressure, challenges - is all an opportunity for me to rise.

Is DJ better than Javale Mcgee?
Peak wise- DJ was much better. Much.
Today? I'd take Javale.
Two centers who made their NBA careers based off of high flying dunks and elite rim protection.
Both of them changed their diets to become extreme vegans.
Deandre still smokes a quarter pound of weed a week as Javale always struggled with asthma so never found out any information on whether he’s into pot.
Deandre still owns his beach mansion out here in So Cali and maintained all his connections and if anyone can give this guy some shock therapy and bring back his elite play it would be Lebron and Russ. I’m with 2019 I’d rather have Javale who seems to have aged much better but with that option gone I’m okay with rolling the dice on DJ

Two seven footers with freak athleticism who never made much out of their careers. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Quote:
Upon formal completion of a buyout with the Detroit Pistons, center DeAndre Jordan intends to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers, sources tell ESPN. Jordan would have to first clear waivers to become a free agent.
He’s not going to play much. Probably 5-10 minutes a game at most. Y’all forget how easily guys where getting to the bucket when AD was out. With Howard and DJ back there that’s gone. It’ll be like 2020 where those trees will be waiting on them.

He didn't clear waivers. OKC gonna pick him up!
Jk. Welcome aboard, DJ Doc.
I didn’t realize that OKC was only at $79 mil in salary. If DJ had trade value that would be smart of them. But he doesn’t. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
DJ is the one that seems to have the least left in the tank. So I don't get this move. Why let Drummond walk if you're just gonna get Dwight and then Deandre Jordan.

If the combination of Kyrie, Durant and Harden couldn't unlock Deandre's elite play. I doubt Russ, LeBron and AD would. Maybe he just is what he is now. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:
