The first home game after a long road trip is always difficult. Denver has had three days off. This game will be tough to win.

Jokic's impact metrics are insane right now, leading the league in just about every rate stat. Pretty crazy considering he's just a doughy big with a shorter vertical than Gasol. |

This Nuggets team lost ALOT with the departure of Jerami Grant and Mason Plumlee.

| Lakers are road warriors and so far they been pretty bad at home. This is a L most likely but hope I am wrong. Haven't watched the Nuggets play this season, is Murray still going crazy with all this fanless environment? If yes then we have a problem. |

Nah he hasn't been nearly as good. Jokic, on the other hand, is putting up some mind boggling #'s.

Not if you’re in LA like the Lakers. I am so glad we’re off an East Coast schedule. Pre-Covid-ization of my life are used to always have to sprint home to catch the game and often times still missed the beginning of the game. 😊 |

Let’s hope the Lakers take it that way because that first game back from a long road trip is usually a struggle.
Would love to get a feel for Gasol’s ability to defend Jokic. I hope we don’t try Harrell on Joker, could get ugly.
