Go to Facebook and search for a post about the NBA Finals and read the comment section. That'll tell you why.

Yup. It’s the elephant in the room. Oh well, ready to get another W and get closer to that #17

I can't seem to find anything about it... please enlighten us?

Meaning China, BLM, bubble, impending election, general Lebron hate?

Seems crazy folks would just not watch, especially if they truly love basketball.

I mean the bulls owned the 90s. You could set your watch to another bulls championship. People still watched.

How are other sports fairing? I mean it's wierd in general to watch pro games with very few or no fans in the seats.

Not to mention with social media, there's other options for entertainment.

Oh yeah and maybe... JUST MAYBE people are bored of small ball and relentlessly chucking 3's? Bring back the old school assassin guards ... Kobe, AI, Jordan.

So ready to get this over with before HEAT figure this out.

Either way, gonna be 4-0 wearing the Black Mamba jersey, unless Butler and Nunn combine for 70.

Game 2 is tonite (Oct 2nd). Check yoself, Mookie Blaylock. Speaking of 1994, Hawks and Heat that year had a good brawl during a playoff game. One of Mookie's teammates scored over the Heat's Grant Long and pointed at him and yelled YEAH, BWOY! in his face and Grant got him with a 2 handed neck hold and squeezed the gum out of his mouth. Duane Ferrell I think it was. I luckily caught that part because it was on TBS (they carried Hawks gms).

Fun Fact: The Lakers (1-0) are currently -1667 to win the championship. In 2016, the GS Warriors (3-1) were -1600.

Find this one surprising. Almost unimaginable. One of those facts that I never would have guessed with all the appearances.

I think he finally will be able to get that 2-0 lead tonight.

Lakers focused and gaining momentum. Think the Heat are capable of creating problems and hitting shots but Lakers just looked different in game 1. Too much talent, size and destiny for the Heat to handle.

Just a little Laker bias, of course.

A Laker blowout in an NBA Championship Series game? Oh gosh how stressful. Maybe you need stress relief, like watching politicians argue, or debating unprovable conspiracies.

I'm gonna enjoy seeing if Spo has any answers to keep this series close. And if he doesn't, I'll enjoy watching the Lakers hoist #17.

Bam and Goran doubtful? It doesn't look good for the Heat. We demonstrated how easily we can handle them. Not having their best 2 players would be devastating (FOR THEM!) We may have already snatched their hearts. It's looking more and more like LINK

I truly hope the Heat players' injuries aren't as serious. Hoping that they play so we can at least play them at almost full strength.

Bam said he's going to give it a go.

Impossible time believing Goran will be allowed to attempt the same.

LET'S GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was before his neck strain diagnosis. If I understand correctly, neck strains sometimes keep you from raising your arm above your head. Can you imagine D39 / AD matching up against a big man that can't raise one of his arms? RIP.

I think I read it on NBA.COM last night. Bam is a lot smaller compared to us than air thought he would be. Crowder is their strongest player For everyone talking about we wont shoot that percentage again and Robinson and Herro will shoot better...I'd like to know how Miami is supposed to improve on defense and if they think DH will be scoreless again etc.

Bam was having a hard time running, let alone lifting he arm to battle under the boards, how does that get better going up against DH?

Bron is locked in, he wants #17 as quickly as possible. Love the way he has us focused.

MAMBA JERSEYS CONFIRMED

Per Oram

The Lakers will wear their Black Mamba jerseys in Game 2 tonight. Here’s the story of how the organization brought back the uniforms Kobe designed, discovering some “magic” along the way.

Refs will be hunting for ticky tack fouls on us to keep this Finals interesting. I think Lebron or AD will get those 2 early fouls if they are over aggressive so they need to be smart and not reaching in.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist. However, I think refs are paid per game. If that's in fact true it would be an incentive to prolong the series. Jus sayin

The betting line opened at Lakers - 7.5. I have seen it anywhere between 8 and 9.5 and Bovada has it at 10.
