Nice start.  Now we'll see how Spo adjusts. Lakers have the personnel and matchup advantage as it stands, next game will tell us a lot.

Lakers looked like Ali there against Foreman, taking their biggest shots in the first then coming out swinging. Heat were making ridiculous shots like banking in corner 3's and still lost the first quarter.
Lakers too big and talented. Its a different ball game when you've got Howard and AD down there instead of Theis and Kanter |

I chuckle at how some posters changed their tunes after the first 6 minutes. DG sucks, Dwight and LeBron both getting killed, Get some subs and sit LeBron, Wake the f**k up Lakers!!! That's why I don't post in game threads during the game. Hard to take all the LINK 1 down 3 to go.

and...and....and
he sets the tone - and when he gets lazy and starts jacking long 3's, everyone else does too... |
It’s less about offense and more about defense. Our defensive intensity went down. I understand guys jacking shots to keep from driving and possibly getting injured. But, there’s no excuse to not defend. One sequence Bron guarded two guys while the rest of the team just walked around. KCP man went right by him. |

On a side note, I have found the tasty crow of DG rather satisfying as a late night snack.

Anyone complaining about this needs to take a nice walk outside, feel the cool fall breeze on their cheeks, smile and realize there's nothing to worry about if this is our biggest concern.
