If you were president what would you make a priority? Not a litany just a start and reason.

I'd start with infrastructure. I think that would lower unemployment and boost a weak economy.

I'd be sure to pick a female for my VP, then bad mouth the previous president to make me look good!

If a lot of the models are to be believed, 1 and 2B need to be swapped and it's really not even close. I know most of this crowd won't be around when the worse of it comes but I shudder to think what's in store for future generations.

It’s gotta suck to be in a tribal hole so deep that digging is the only available option.

Some type of universal health care, whether it's M4A or something else, where at least people under a certain income level (like maybe $40-60k minimum for a family) qualify for free health insurance. We also have to do something about catastrophic health coverage, because that's what cripples people for many, many years.

Besides that, we have to find a way to raise incomes and create not just high-paying jobs, but also business opportunities/1099 work-from-home opportunities so that we can create a vibrant new middle class like the one we had in the '50s.

1.) fix agriculture, because it remedies most parts of climate change and health care (could easily solve unemployment if just wanted to)

2.) fix education, hopefully to make up for the rest of problems we created...

The first one can get quick results but creates a war with certain types of companies - the second one will unfortunately take two to three generations to fully show results...

Let's just stop for a moment and appreciate how messed up things are right now that not only would my first step as one of, if not the most powerful person on the planet be putting a piece of fabric in front of your face, but that someone else would agree with me.

Things passed "messed up" a few years ago, not long before Things took that Hard Right onto $H!† Show RD.

And now Things have gone so far as to leave Absolute Absurdity Ave. in the dust.

Ok, got one Omar...

If I was president, I'd pull the lid back and reveal all the truth the government has been hiding regarding UFO's and Bigfoot!

Oddly, that's actually a much safer delusion...

I probably wouldn't have been eligible for the primary, me being a naturalized citizen.

On the other hand as senator, I'd be all for universal health care and stricter data mining regulations.
