Haha, I didn't even notice the Harris. Good eye per usual. What are the flippin odds, mang? He had the distinction of being an even more stereotypical racist heel than The Slickster/Slck, aka The Earl Of Style.
The pronunciation of the wrestler Kamala Harris' name lives on with Tucker Carlson tho. He isn't interested in learning how to pronounce Kamala the VP. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

Brimley was a master at playing a certain band of characters, from evil to gruff but decent. I didn’t like him much when you was younger, but I came to appreciate him later (setting aside the annoying oatmeal and diabeetus ads) in much the same way as I came to enjoy Robert Duvall. His passing leaves a hole in the world where there should be a portly, plainspoken but nice guy who filled countless films and TV shows with just the right touch. Life is a journey of losing things, and the surprising part is when you realize that Wilfred Brimley is one of the things you’ve lost and miss. _________________ “We must always take sides. Well-said.
Also, Robert Duvall is great. My 2 favorite roles of his are probably Boss Spearman in Open Range and Harry in Days Of Thunder. But he seems believable in a role whether he's in the Old West, as a cop or soldier, as a Southerner, a judge or lawyer, a smarmy reporter, doesn't matter. Extremely underrated imo. |

Oh yeah, I wasn’t implying that Duvall was anything less than a great actor, merely that his style was not my cup of tea in younger years but it grew on me. _________________ “We must always take sides.
