I lost about 10 lbs, since I am eating way less at home and I am less hungry, probably because I get zero exercise now. I haven't ordered a takeout in a month.

Lost weight. I'm running more miles and doing more situps than I've ever done since probably high school.

Up a couple. I had to drop my low carb diet which locks you out of most of the shelf-stable staples in your cupboard that the family is having for dinner.

Working a lot more hours too, so less time for exercise.

Neither. Everything is the same. I specifically made an effort to keep my daily routine as close to normal as possible, including food and exercise.

About the same even though we have been ordering takeout more than usual trying to support our local restaurants.

Same here. i used to eat out more than cooking since i don't really care about the cost (don't have a family). Now, i cook every meal.

i gain 4 pounds since two weeks ago (when we started to work remotely). i've been snacking way too much at home, and not able to go to gym (which i go every day) definitely hurts. working out from home is not the same.

Somehow my scale told me I put on 18-20 pounds in a week. 2 weeks of IF and lost about 15 of it.

Lost 10 lbs. Cut out almost all soda, peloton 5x a week, not hard workouts, mostly vegetarian menu.

Lost maybe a couple pounds, simply because I'm not eating whatever I want whenever I want, bc I can't really go out all the time anymore. When I was eating whatever I wanted, my weight usually stayed the same.

I also run/jog 2-3X per week.

Dropped 5 lbs so far. Eating healthier, and less.
Way too much free junkfood at work.

I've lost about 8 pounds.

I'm finding it much easier to control what I eat while not going in to the office. Under normal circumstances, I usually end up going out to lunch 3 - 5 times a week, as we have frequent client lunches, or just going to grab sandwiches with co-workers or something. But during quarantine, I've basically been subsisting on oatmeal, fruit smoothies, and PB&J for breakfast & lunch, and then cooking something at home for dinner. I have to figure I'm eating an average of 500 less calories per day or so than normal.

Stayed the same, but need to get more exercise in. I've got a treadmill, but it's so damn boring. I went vegetarian in August and lost 22 pounds prior to the quarantine, so I'm glad I've been able to stay even...especially with the extra alcoholic beverages required every now and then.

I wonder if the people that gained weight are too embarrassed or annoyed to post. Nobody is going to feel good about coming in here and saying they put on too much weight.

I’ve probably put on around 8 pounds which is ridiculous even though I’ve been lifting weights and added strength. I’ve done some cardio too, but when I’m home more often the refrigerator is always nearby. I’ll cut down but it’s going to be annoying to lose weight I never thought I would gain. Summer coming up soon is going to motivate me.
