You misunderstood my post. I was referring to the media and critics in general. All I hear about Simmons is that he will never be a good player unless he improves his shot. Seems alright to me |

| All I’ll say is, since AD has come back from injury, this team has not looked as dangerous. Offensively we looked better with him out. We need his defense but we miss Cook and Daniels and their shooting. The team played more freely and with better rhythm. |

We clearly missed McGee tonight. Without him our paint defense was terrible, and Horford and Harris were able to draw AD away from the paint.

Problem with Simmons is he seemed to regress this year, and wasn't showing the promise he'd showed for years prior, till Embiid went down.
Ingram's been better than him this year which I never expected to happen this early in their careers.
Simmons had kicked it into another gear since Embiid has gone down, but prior to that he wasn't showing the progression everyone expected.
So there's only one solution. Philly must trade Embiid to us for Kuzma.

3-2 road trip out East is usually decent but this one feels empty outside of the Rockets win.
Again they struggle with an active, wing type team. The defensive strategy against Ben Simmons was absolutely horrible.
It’s put up or shut up time against the clippers.
And yes the Lakers need roster help. |

More than 50% of those were wide freaking open shots... I feel like we always start slow when we try to get AD post ups from the start. |

You know he is looking to drive, but when AD is guarding horford, there is simply no help inside the paint. If Dwight was on the floor, that might be a different story, but he will drive all day without help |
