Cleveland never did

Pulling up his game log from that season, i count 5 games where they won by 20+ and he played 30 minutes or less, the sign of a rested 4th q.

I just checked the gamelog for this season. I'm counting 4 games with Lebron playing fewer than 30 minutes with +20 point wins already.

Pelicans want him to connect with Zion.

Ingram and Zion will be maxed though, don't know how much money that leaves for Lonzo

They blow these leads even when one or both of them are playing. It’s just what they do because these games aren’t a challenge. Against these bottom dweller teams they don’t need to play them too many minutes though. Cook or Daniels or whoever could close out the bad teams.

At this point Vogel has to be trolling.

Has to be the latter. He's not funny enough to be drunk ...

Staples Center was electric tonight! Good amount of Zo and BI jerseys in the crowd as well.

I will always root for BI, Zo and Josh to do well for the rest of their careers.
Not gonna lie whenever BI or ZO would dunk or sink a three I cracked a smile.

Still felt good to get this W.

I think players like BI, ZO, Lou Williams, Julius and DLo will always try to tear our Lakers a new one every time they face us.
As it looks like AD will always go crazy against every team in the league but especially whenever he plays the Pels lol

28-7!

Maybe he didn't recognize him because of the new hair color.

Cleveland never did

Cleveland also needed Steph to be hurt, Draymond to be suspended, and Bogut their last line of defense to get injured.

There was a lot of things that happened to make that 7 game series happen, as well as still a superhuman effort from LeBron that he hasn't been able to replicate since then, and is 3 years older.

That's not the blueprint you want to follow to win Championships.

The reality is that LeBron and teams built like ours are 1-4 in their last 5 NBA Finals. So not a blueprint for success.

This team we currently have has flaws that need to be rectified, trying to ignore them is what leads to upsets.

And in the season prior GSW needed both Love and Irving to be injured to scrape home.

The blueprint to win championships is not to go and build a team with 5 all stars, that is the reason why Lebron and "teams like ours" is 1-4.

No team is like GSW this year, every team has flaws. No team in the West is scary except possibly Houston. We'll be fine with some minor tweaks

That Sixers team the Lakers beat in 2001 was one of the most banged up teams of all-time. Don't talk to me about Curry being injured when Iverson should've been in a body cast. And their team wasn't exactly deep. And the Celtics didn't have Perkins for Game 7 (and for most of Game 6 since his knee injury happened early 1st quarter).

We can play this game all day if you wanna put asterisks on other team's championships. But please note that this game is for the weak.
