Up and down half for Caruso. some good things, some really good on defense, and some bad offensive possessions. He started off the game with a dime crosscourt pass to a brick, and then a dime oop. He's done a lot on defense.
Overall I think it was a positive offensive half for him too

Something to keep in mind. Kerr said when the Warriors had pre season games in China it took a week to recover from the jet lag and their next game wasn't till 5 games later. Lakers pre season has been thrown out of whack because of that trip

I saw it like this for Caruso's 1st half. these would be my game notes.

- Came out with a really nice P/R skip pass to a brick
- alley oop to KCP for a dunk
- nice whip pass ahead in transition where I was surprised at some true PG chops
-- then a couple turnovers, looked like he wasn't playing with juice, got blocked at the rim... I thought, yea he's legit not playing well.
- made a few defensive plays. a steal that lead to a foul. a block. a huge rebound. made 5 legit great defensive plays that half.
- then he took it to the rim and got fouled
- took it to the rim got goaltended
- made a P/R pass to Dwight that he was fouled on, on his roll, FTs

He generated 10pts for the team I think -- up and down offensively, I can see it graded as a not good offensive half for him, but I lean it was ok.
And a legit really good defensive half.

Not a great half overall, but he has a target on his back kinda by fans, and he didn't live up to the expectation that half. But was halfway decent imo.

Yeah, AND this was a hellaciously stressful trip by all accounts. I'm not sure why folks are bugging out so hard in light of the obvious. We play the Warriors 274 more times before the start of the season anyway It'll be fine...

He needs to put a good couple of games together imo. He didn't really do that well in China.

I was praying for the whole trip to be cancelled. Instead they played and AD injured his thumb

The Warriors really have no depth outside of their 5 all stars.

Well, 4 all stars with Iggy gone. 3 with Klay out and KD gone.
