Yup, I read he did that on a couple of his previous teams. Let's see if he regresses to that kinda selfish (bleep) here.

Sometimes I don't get these guys. Like where along Dwight's career did he start to feel he's Hakeem in the post? Funny how a guy who can't shoot want the ball so bad. Then you got Ben Simmons... man if I was given his height and skill, I'd shoot the heck out of the rock. As kids, we all love to shoot. Where along his development did he decide he didn't like to shoot long range shots? So strange.

I was always much more of a slasher. When I focused on getting better as a shooter I usually did,.. but I had to continue working hard on it every day. The moment I wouldn’t,.. I’d go back to shooting for (bleep). Bank shot from midrange was my weapon of choice. And as long as I can remember I always wanted to be able to shoot. No idea how Ben never got this.

Dwight played his best stint so far there
Really looked like a big man and impact

Could just be one Q
Or perhaps he is gaining some confidence and game rhythm

Got nothing to complaint about Dwight so far. Good attitude on court/bench, play hard, board n D, don’t ask for ball, screens, 9/9/1.5... at min salary

12 boards, 8 points, 6-8 on FTs in the first half, looking good.

Great half for Dwight. Almost a double double and even making free throws. If he keeps this up, he’ll be the best bargain in the league.

Dwight has no explosion anymore, but he's been decent. Let's see if he can keep it up and keep quiet.

One of the most explosive players ever (at that size) and he's out there looking like 10% of that. However, he is making a positive impact overall.

Part of me feels bad for Dwight... bad back really changed his career and then his immaturity almost killed it but I truly see a guy who's changed. He's a 16 year vet, 3x DOPY, beat LeBron in the ECF, and is out there playing with and against a bunch of d-leauge guys on a totally non-guaranteed deal. That says a lot about where his mind is at and how he's checked his ego.

I still think Dwight has some explosiveness. He is still working himself into game shape.

Hopefully he can be this productive against the other teams bench throughout the year.

I also like that he was passing the ball and that one play where he posted up and through a pass into Cacok was awesome.

Dwight has never been a good passer and if we start to see that from him, that will help the team

If Luke were still coaching us he would've thrown up a flat jump hook. I like that Vogel clearly told Javale and Dwight to not force dumb shots.

Strong, all-around effort. A couple of great feeds to Cacok tonight. Said Vogel calls him the "designated hitter" on the screen setting. I like it.

Underrated stat of the night: Dwight also had 6 assists with a couple nice passes.

Boban?
Plumlee?
WCS?
Baynes?
Zubac?
Robin Lopez?

I was a strong critic of signing him. But so far good. Happy for Dwight.

he’s coming off a long year lay off and is finally finding some comfort, it doesn’t matter who he’s going up against, because we know Howard can play with any 1.

Remember IG the people who don't like him will keep that opinion no matter what. The truth is he's been doing everything asked of him, screens, defense, rebounding....Now he's obviously not the same Dwight we've seen in the past lacking some explosiveness...but he definitely has enough to do what we need. I hope he keeps this up and maybe get's back some of his explosiveness..but he's 33 and 2 back surgeries so who knows...but so far he's done everything everyone here wanted him to do.
