His corpse will occupy a seat on the bench, and some young talent will have to be sacrificed for it. Imagine THT waived so Rondo can have a seat.

I am considering maybe Below

C cousins
PF AD
SF Kuzma
SG Green or Bradley
PG Lebron

I think having Green or Bradley coming off the bench is better these guys have more experience and with Rondo should be able to find open shots

I agree. I think even Green himself is expecting to start. He also fits the best next to LBJ/AD.

Windy talks about how LeBron makes decisions in the off season (like last years roster of ball handlers) that change back to logical Lebron by the regular season. i’m going to say the PG Lebron is one of those decisions made that will revert back to normal before the 20 game mark. IOW, count on 2 guards starting alongside him (Green and KCP/Bradley)

Looks like we might need to add 1 more C or PF/F as we look to be Guard heavy...

McGee - 7' 0"
Cousins - 6' 11"
AD - 6' 10"
Kuz - 6' 9"
James - 6' 8"
Dudley - 6′ 7″
Green - 6' 6"
Caruso - 6' 5"
KCP - 6' 5"
Daniels - 6' 4"
Cook - 6' 2"
Bradley - 6' 2"
Rondo - 6' 1"

Would love a hussle player like Kenneth Faried

I think we got PF covered with AD/Kuz and LBJ for going small. Unless you want Kuzma to play more SF, it seems a tall wing defender is our biggest hole.

Faried would be a great addition. How about Marcus Morris. Is he still out there? Klutch, stretch 4. Not a bad shooter.

I’m thinking similar but swap the guards.

PG - Bron
SG - Bradley
SF - Green
PG - Davis
C - McCryBaby

Ya'll keep hoping KCP won't start.

swap KCP and Bradley still beastly

Faried would be the top choice.

Trey Lyles, Marquese Chriss, and Christian Wood would be younger options.

Starting lineup:

Lebron
Green
Bradley
AD
Cousins

Lebron is the point on offense, but Bradley guards the PG and Lebron is on whoever is the weakest offensive threat.

Kuzma first off the bench, subbing in at PF or SF.
Caruso first point off the bench
McGee first center off the bench
KCP first SG off the bench
Daniels, Cook mixed and matched in the backcourt as needed for their shooting.
Dudley fills in on the front line as needed for shooting and D.

Closing lineup:
Bradley
Green
Kuzma
Lebron
AD

The closing lineup is subject to change depending on how well Bradley, Kuzma, Cousins, etc do.

Yes but there is some logic here. Imagine this Lebron walks the ball to the front court. Davis sets a screen than rolls to the basket. Lob and slam dunk. Or if the defense clogs the paint pass to a open green for 3.

This was the point of having Lebron and Davis team up and with Lebron at point it allows them to get into their offense early and keep the defense on their heels. If he plays sf or pf the point guard would have to get it to Lebron and that would take time to set up. Defenses can find ways to prevent it or slow down the setup. Or you would have Rondo doing the pick and roll with Davis. It nearly as dangerous because of his horrible jump sht

I would think LeBron starts at PG in offense but Bradley starts at PG in defense.

Bradley (18) - Rondo (16) - Cook or Caruso (14)
Green (24) - KCP (16) - Bradley (8)
LeBron (24) - Kuzma (16) - KCP (8)
AD (24) - Kuzma (16) - LeBron (8)
Cousins (24) - McGee (14) - AD (10)

10 man rotation. Odd ones out are Daniels, Dudley, and one of Cook/Caruso. When players go down with injuries, one of these three steps in!

Starters: Lebron, Green, Cook, AD, Cousins

1st wave Bench: Caruso, KCP, Bradley, Kuz, Javale (play the final 2 minutes of the 1st quarter and 8 minutes of the 2nd quarter)

2nd wave Bench: Rondo, Daniels, Dudley, the rookie, Kuz (finish the half)

3rd Quarter (1st 10 minutes): Lebron, Green, Cook, AD, Javale

Finish the 3rd with: Caruso, KCP, Bradley, Daniels, Kuz (4 guard line-up small-ball)

Close out with: Lebron, Green, Cook, AD, and Cousins

If KCP or any of the guards are in a shooting slump, just sub them out with another guard.

I also think we need one more big man, a high motor guy who can rebound, stay in front of the wings, and box out Harrell. We shouldn't have let Johnathon Williams go, but Cacok might be able to do the job.

Most likely Rondo... Along with KCP/Kuzma/Cousins... 5th guy would be any of Cook/Daniels/Dudley depending on match up. Cousins will start but in short minutes. Then comes out in about 6mins for McGee. Then Cousins comes back again beginning of 2nd/4th to play with the 2nd unit.

Starters: Lebron/Bradley/Green/AD/Cousins
2nd unit: Rondo/Daniels/KCP/Kuzma/Cousins
Spot minutes: McGee/Dudley/Cook

Closers: Lebron/Kuz/AD... Other 2 guys depending on who are playing hot that night or match up well defensively.

Caruso 1st wave is wishful thinking. I like him a lot but if the FO/Lebron would like him as much as I do, they would have signed him earlier.

What Rondo has over Caruso is leadership! He's here to bring leadership when LBJ isn't on the court
