If THT could just finish out the season and put up good numbers, this will increase his trade value. Maybe if he finishes the season averaging like 12ppg and 2spg in 20 minutes. That would be very impressive. |

Doubt THT will be traded when they need Klutch to resign AD. If a move will be made I see Green, Bradley, Kuzma likely packaged. Philly could use THT right about now though... THT has All-Star potential, but hoping it will be with us not some team in the East. |

AD/Lebron/klutch care about who can help them win now and not 3 years from now. |

THT is star material and I would be hesitant to trade him, but you do need to give up something to get something. /he would likely need to be included to get that third star that we need. Maybe somebody like Lavine or Hield. |

With the dearth of quality PG's on this team...and, seeing how important that position is...I would hope the Lakers would hold onto THT. Continue to groom him, and reap the benefits. _________________ ZOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! |

THT makes way too much effort to cut his drives wide, instead of using his broad shoulders to initiate contact and protect the ball. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

It seems like it's something Lebron would counsel him about. If he could bring that free throw rate up and continue to work on that shot, look out. |

I wouldn't hold it against him if he was just getting his bearings in a man's league. Assuming he takes that next leap physically, building strength, I'm going to guess he does start to use his shoulders to create space. |

Well, for a 19 yr kid who drive, change directions and do reverse layups better than a laker fav 2nd pick, I think we have a real diamond in the rough, just saying... |

Victor was basically eye level with the rim at times and the fastest guy on the floor.

Hope we can use him, will need depth in the coming years. Would rather not trade him, unless its part of some bigger deal that gets us another really good player. _________________ LAKERS 2019-2020: NBA World Champions! |

This offseason will be a huge developmental leap for him. He's a Klutch member so I don't expect him to be dumped off in a trade unless we are getting a stud back. He probably isn't cracking the playoff rotation but it was nice to see flashes of his play in the bubble. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I saw a few games in person when Victor was at IU and he literally would take people's breath away at times with some of his moves. THT probably won't be another VO, but he'll be very good. _________________ Not a legend |

Can you believe the Cavs took Anthony Bennett over him? Imagine LBJ with Dipo back on the Cavs day (though maybe he has to get traded for Love)? _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Yes. Bennett was a perceived unicorn and 40% arc shooter at the 4. Spacing for 4 out or 5 out was on the brink. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

I guess AB was a surprise as #1. But he was pretty good at UNLV. And that draft class was considered weak, although there were surprises in Giannis and Golbert.
Plus Victor of Orlando and OKC was pretty raw. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!! |

Been so impressed with THT, gotta include him in the current Lakers young core, with Kuzma & Caruso. Even though Caruso is already 26, still only in his 3rd season and new to the scene. To go along with the Lakers 2020 1st rounder Lakers still have, Kuzma, Caruso, THT, & the 2020 Lakers first rounder a nice way to still have a young core around both Bron & AD. |

Sure. But it's a big part of success. Plenty of skilled players who lacked the intangibles to succeed at the NBA level. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Not when it's a weak draft.
That particular draft, if you arranged it by "best intangibles", would have probably nailed the entire draft even with limited information going out.
Every draft class is different in talent crop. Bennett displayed #1 talent for his class, especially by age, and would have gone lottery in a better draft.
But this is why teams interview players too. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

I remember that draft. It was pretty much a consensus that he was a reach at #1. He was a lottery level player at the time, but not #1. I had Dipo at #1. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |
