Great article. It was obvious and a no brainer for me for the Lakers to part with Ingram for the reasons that you mentioned in the article. Same with Ball. Ironically, if the Lakers renounce all free agents and waive Jones (un guaranteed), we would have almost 28 million in cap space. This is enough to sign a 25% max player, like D'Angelo Russell . You should write an article on that.

Dlo is not coming back, there's not much to write about.

Kuz might be the sacrificial lamb tonight in order to unload the contracts of Wagner, Bonga and Jones, but when you think about it, it may be well worth it. We could sign a third star such as Kahwii, Kyrie or Kemba. If we strike out in those guys, at least we could get a PF better than Kuzma such as Harris, Mirotic or the stretch 4 kid from Washington, who use to play for Chicago. And the latter two wont cost that much, so we could fill another hole or two with that money.
