Apparently the BCC thing is real. If so I'm sure some of you will be more than happy to eat crow about Magic and why he left.

dude quit because he realized the gig was up, and people were actually acknowledging his extremely poor work ethic.....same thing happened with his TV show.

In general, I find that BCC is often used in less than a pure ethical manner to begin with.....and I would be suspicious of people that routinely use it unless they are in a unique professional role.

So Magic wanted to fire Pelinka probably due to all the backstabbing and Jeanie with advice from Linda said no...they all need to GTFO.

It still doesn't excuse magic for quitting unprofessionally.

Magic is a guy who criticized Jim Buss publically for not doing his job well yet couldn't handle that same criticism in the exact position as Jim?

Talk about irony. Ultimately, magic still doesn't come out looking good and justs adds to his terrible resume as an executive.

basically we have a owner who does not know how emails work and is trying
to run the most well known team with the best history.

the problem with lil jinnie is that she needs other people to make all the
judgement because she prolly cant even shoot a jump shot. I mean the
whole kcp and that mucala or mucasa guy i mean wtf? who takes ownership
this (bleep) show now? rambis?

i think jennie likes yes men and leeches but she is herself worthless
and ineffective....at least as a gm/owner.

the right thing to do is eat a whole christmas turkey and (bleep) in a box and send it to the lakers FO becasue thats what they have given us for the last 7-8 years..

Anyone who works in a "corporate" environment knows emails get forwarded around all the time. It's not unthinkable for Magic to be sent emails where others are critiquing him.

What would baffle me more is someone like Pelinka saying that type of crap on an email. That is a pretty "amateur hour" look and worrisome if true. Everyone knows that if you want to criticize someone, especially your boss, and that too to your boss's boss, you do it in person or on the phone. Not on an email.
