There is some good news to this. Looks like the Lakers will commit to McGee, and make a run for Cousins this off season. That seems like a good 1-2 punch, assuming Cousins can be got at a good price.

Zubac can now blossom into the player he will become, perhaps as a starter. Not sure if the Clippers will commit to him starting, but at least he'll have more playing time.

If the right pieces fall into place, then we're looking at a win/win for everybody.

Currently and for the last 7 seasons, he's right.

If your season doesn't end in a title, it's a failure. That's facts.

There is a difference between being happy in a situation and being a show off.

He and Bryant were treated like cast offs.

Obviously he puts a target on his back by talking trash, but if he backs it up then what can you say.

Truth

Who wouldn't be mad as hell to know u were traded for Mike Muscala

He owes this franchise nothing and should be allowed to talk up whatever team he is on.

Miss that big kid

Yet despite making the most money, we are bottom 3 in spending it. At least the Buss kids are making a profit off of our misery.

Some guys are all too willing to hate. Zubac always wanted to be a Laker, was super happy to be a Laker, didn't want to leave but was forced to. Lets not forget that.

Notice how Zubac led the Clippres in defeating the lowly Lakers tonight?

Naw, neither did I.

Get over it.

Zubac is a talented player but some people get way to butt hurt about the trade, it was kinda ironic that Muscala actually had more Impact on the game then Zu lol

Yeah, you actually nailed it. I love Zubac, and I hated the trade. But maybe Magic knows something I don't?

Anyway, NBA teams make questionable trades all the time. Just think of all the quality players the Clippers got rid of over the past few seasons.

You have no clue why posters complain about the Zubac trade but have no problem displaying your ignorance of the situation over and over. You don’t even understand that you should be embarrassed, that is a special type of incomprehension.

WHY you so mad tho? Zubac trade was dumb but he’s been running his mouth like he’s a star and got his (bleep) pushed back tonight. He’s just a serviceable center that’s not even the best center on his team

there's been a bit of hyperbole on Zubacs value but its beyond clear the trade was boneheaded. Even if FO thought Zubac was gone next year we could have got much more out of a trade for him.

You mean guys that find it necessary to post threads like this? Muscala finally has a single game where his impact is actually noteworthy and now it's time to put Zu in his place? What a joke. Zu has every right to feel slighted by the Lakers. It was an ignorant trade that literally served no purpose other than to expose how clueless our FO can be when they really put their minds to it.

So, Zu isn't allowed to speak his mind? Is he wrong saying that the Clippers are playing better basketball this season? What exactly was wrong with anything Zu had to say? He didn't choose to become a Clipper this season. It would be wise to remember that.
