Time to finally take this train in the right direction:

1. Tank the rest of this season. We won’t get the worst record but good enough for 6th or 7th worst is good enough to potentially move up in the lottery.

2. Trade Lebron. He doesn’t have a NTC and he still has 3 years left on his contract, so he has no power. We get a really good lottery pick in return for him and create a large amount of cap space.

3. We get our guys in the draft, and now that Lebron isn’t on the team anymore, stars like Kawhi will like playing here again. Lebron seems to be a human living monkey’s paw.

4. Oh, and I almost forgot....FIRE LUKE AND ALL OF HIS ARIZONA DRINKING BUDDIES! NEW STAFF, NEW ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, SHOOTING COACH!

I think that pretty much covers it.

Or just replace our front office, assistant coaches and sign some quality role players that play d and can hit 3s or free throws.

Our only hope is recruiting as all teams now collude in the "Popovich Cabal" not to trade with us.

Hopefully that guy picked up a job for his boy Demps who got canned for answering to his handler.

Yeah, because Kawhi will want to come to a team that tanked the season and finished with a below .500 record

Trading Bron isn’t the answer, we have to build the right team around him, which we failed to do in the summer

#2 is the most important thing you need to do. We're going nowhere as long as he's on the team. Why try to build a team around him when he is clearly on his last legs and doesn't even look like he's interested in basketball anymore.
