rich people BS...no collusion |

the vid is on porn hub already so rich people bs |
Oh theres no doubt Kraft tried to get a rub and tug.
Or was it more than that?
I was talking more about whether the sting operation was legit or not. |
doesn't matter...lock this guy up and throw away the key...he enabled human trafficking...the lowest of the low |
It was reported the women who Kraft interacted with were not victims of human trafficking. He may have been unaware of that segment of the business. LINK Quote: | But it appears Kraft was caught on camera getting services from two women who are not victims of human trafficking: the 45-year-old manager of the spa, Lei Wang, and 58-year-old spa employee Shen Mingbi, also believed to be an operator of the business — both licensed masseuses and Florida residents. |

Where did money cause the narrative to change? I don't think Kraft was aware of the alleged human trafficking. I also don't think he did anything that wrong. Like you said he could have been a little more discreet. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I wonder if the law changes if she asked him if he wants happy ending setvices. Maybe not. Probably not.
He should just have pulled out his camera, then it would have been legal I’m guessing as an adult film production? Haha |

Kraft's attorneys allege illegal search by police
Quote: | Attorneys for Robert Kraft on Wednesday attacked a Florida police investigation that led to the New England Patriots owner being charged with paying for sex at a massage parlor, saying officers violated the U.S. and state constitutions and used tactics normally reserved for serious crimes rather than low-level offenses. |

I think the lesson here is if you are ever to get caught in law enforcement "sting" operation, hope that there is a billionaire caught is said sting. I assume if Kraft's attorney's prevail, it would be tossed for all those charged. |

I don't understand why Kraft is so persistent about not wanting to admit if the case went to court he'd lose. So what he had sexual contact with two women in a spa. He wasn't involved in sex trafficking. He can have the tapes sealed and his record expunged if he admits he'd lose if the case went to court. I don't think the league will try to expel him. I think a fine is most likely the punishment. Doing a Martin Lawrence impersonation, WHAT DA PROBLEM IS? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

That's what I think it is. As I said I don't think there will be a expulsion movement. I also don't think he'll lose draft choices or anything of that nature. He can afford a fine. Why not admit he'd lose if the case went to court and allow the door to close? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Well one reason is he's likely got lawyers on retainer sitting around picking their noses. Might as well put them to work to get the outcome he wants .say it costs him 100,000 bucks. That's like a 20 to everyone else. |

What outcome? He's busted on tape engaging in sexual escapades with two women. SO WHAT? Hell, he's no Jack the Ripper. All he did was get jiggy wit it! I don't understand his motive for dragging this thing out. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Key phrase "strike ME." Yes most multi billionaires are egotistical. I'm saying I don't think ego is involved in this instance. I don't think he's doing this to get his own way. I wonder why he doesn't allow the door to close? Is it because of NFL sanction fears? What is it? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

They wouldn't have affected his charges either way - he's charged with misdemeanor solicitation. I doubt Kraft or any of the johns would be able to get the case thrown out on a technicality just because the vice cops were granted warrants to put surveillance cameras in the parlor based on what they presented as human trafficking evidence. It probably should in a different legal system than the one we have, but...
I only point it out because this seems to be vice cop SOP where they invoke human trafficking to accompany a crackdown on sex workers because it sells better to the media as sex work gradually gets less stigmatized in the public imagination. Vice cops are the worst cops. _________________ Under New Management |

Only thing I can come up with on why Kraft doesn't want the video seen is, he has Donald Trump hands.
Robert Kraft video evidence to remain sealed for time being, judge rules

I agree. I don't understand why Kraft won't allow the case to be resolved. If he admits he would lose in court the case will go away. I can't fathom why he won't do that. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
