KCP is a Klutch client. So even though he’s a mediocre player with limited upside, he gets treated with white gloves. I mean here’s a guy who has made 30 million dollars over 2 years, has a trade kicker and a no trade clause. Sure. He’s mediocre. But he’s close to rich Paul and lebron.

If he likes a taco store in LA and doesn’t want to be traded, he won’t. It’s the lebron effect.

He stinks, so does Wiggins, meanwhile the guy who went 3rd that year is a star. Why the draft is more of a crap shoot than you think, just ask the Lakers.

Then again KCP isn't good either.

he does not have an explicit "no trade clause" in his contract.....it is implicit based on the current CBA. There are crappy players around the league that have the same situation. The only option the Lakers had to offset the situation would have been to offer him a multiple year deal.

If we resign Rondo, Lance, Beasley, McGee or Chandler to another one year deal next year, they will also be able to void any trade.

Yeah, he's bad. Bad enough to score 22 points 6 days ago against Minnesota.

just once. Jabari Parker is an offensive machine. Defensively, that's another issue.

I hope this isnt true, Jabari is not it chief. I would be so done with this team this season. never thought i would ever say that, i would rather watch our team go through the stuff we have gone through the past 6 years than where we are currently.

Bulls are the perfect place for KCP. They've already shown they will overpay avg talent. They gave Parker 20 Million. They will have a ton of space next season.

Chicago saves 4.5 mill and lose 17 more games. Perfect trade for them

What separates Jabari Parker from Kyle Kuzma?

I'm genuinely interested to hear, really.

Same age.
But one makes $18+M less.

Wow, haha didn't expect them to both be 23 as I think of Jabari as an old, washed out player. Jabari without injuries is a perennial all-star type player - too bad really for the kid. He scored so effortlessly - was very Melo like. Anyways, can't feel too bad for a guy making $18M
