Thought I'd drop in the game thread to say.... (bleep)
That about sums it up.
One could say DLO led Brooklyn to a win. That wouldn't be incorrect. He did have a good game.
Just as easy to say, we make LEAGUE AVERAGE in free throws and we'd have won this one.
Most accurate answer to me - we're losing players like flies, Hart's playing hurt and in a big time slump too, and this (bleep) road trip can't end fast enough. |

They will continue to lose to these trash teams because they play awful defense. |
The Lakers garbage defense made John Wall look like the best PG in the league. |
And that same Wizards team who beat the Lakers lost to the Hawks tonight! |

Then again, to get LeBron we'd have had to send Ingram to Brooklyn instead in the Mozgov deal, but then would have drafted Kuzma right after so, I guess there's that. |
DLO was shooting 40% until he made that 3.
He was okay tonight... but he wasn't the second coming.
Lonzo shot better than he did... to give you some perspective. |
ok man....Russell was controlling that game from tip to horn....he was running his team carving up the Lakers, breaking down the defense...Dlo has developed into a legit PG that can score. |
Legit PGs don’t go 3-12 every other game. |
seriously, that is the line that we as Laker fans are going to take? |

That's really the only part that matters. When you're clutch, even if you went 1-10, the 2-11th you make is the one that wins the game. We should know, we saw other teams fear that against us for years |
He's won 30% of his games! |

Last 2 putrid defensive efforts underscoring how vital McGee is to this team. |

Noone is saying DLo played better than Lonzo. Would've been nice to see them playing in the same backcourt though. |

Yep, Luke probably in more trouble now than earlier in season, because recently the expectations had skyrocketed. |

Joe Harris is a quality role player, pio2u is right, Dudley is a fat washed up scrub, so the Carl’s Jr. scrub fest of the night definitely goes to Jared “punchable face” Dudley. |

The assignments made no sense. I'd wager Kuz was the primary defender on Russel the whole night. |

Respectfully disagree. I would do the DLo Mozgov trade again without hesitation. |

Harris is actually a top 10 3 point shooter this season. |

with very little margin for error on our defense without Javale you have yo play solid defense but Luke and his staff have no clue... |

They got sunk by a fat role player in Dudely. Jeeze... |
And Russell had 13 assists with that 'team of scrubs' too.
Controlled the tempo for the most part. His shooting had started to fall off, but he kept playing the PG the right way, and then sank the dagger.
Was a great back and forth game from D'lo and Lonzo, but D'lo showed his merit.
I wonder if Shaw has anything else to say now _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

only guy i saw give Russell issues was when KCP was matched up against him....KCP should have been out there at all times when Russell was on the court. But then we would need someone to defend Dinwiddie when they were both out there. |

Really missed JaVale on D but also on offense. Lots of easy baskets/dunks when he is in the game. |
