Good news. Spurs play tonight at Utah. We are catching them on the 2nd game of a back to back. We should run them out of the gym.

Hoping for a brutal, close, double OT game tonight for the Spurs.

That would be nice. Who are we rooting for?

Utah, Popovich teams in the regular season are dangerous and can always end up changing there season around, Jazz are more of a safe bet to miss the playoffs IMO.

Utah. They have one more loss than the Spurs.

Plus....(bleep) the Spurs.

Knowing how things go, they rest on purpose tonight and get blown out and then exact their revenge on the Lakers

Resting players are for teams in playoff contention, not 12th seed teams.

Also the Lakers are on the ones that will have their revenge on the Spurs after the last two games.

The league secretly gives teams two wins against the Lakers. That's why teams try so hard against us

Ok ... here we are, the December trap stretch...

Win every game in December, and we legit live up to the hype.

Perfect quote... For Spurstalk and their QFTOS. 😜

Sorry, just sounds like QFTOS material that we usually laugh at.

11-4. Losses @spurs, @Houston, @GSW and a random home game.

10-5 if there is a another loss to EC team (@charlotte) or another home game.

They have not been playing well, but regardless of back to backs and their level of talent Pop is so good they are never a gimme. Pop knows how to identify and exploit weaknesses in the opposition like no other.

The Spurs' top two players are the type of players that have given us some of the most trouble this season.

DeRozan is a big scoring guard/wing - he and Jimmy Butler (when on the T'Wolves) in particular did a great job scoring down the stretch in our prior matchups.

Aldridge is a big with a nice outside shot - which has been big trouble for McGee & Chandler (who hang out to help in the paint). Serge Ibaka and Nikola Vucevic exploited this as well.

Anyways, we played the Spurs in the 3rd and 6th games of this season, and since we've picked up Chandler and become a lot more cohesive on D. Plus, we did not have Ingram for both games against the Spurs (suspended for the Rockets fight), so if he can slow down DeRozan it'll be huge

They have to do a better job at defending DeRozan. He's been the main difference in the 2 games they've played.

Spurs shoot 39% from 3 (#1), but rank 29th in 3P attempts.

They're like the anti-Rockets (#1 in attempts, 23rd in 3pt%).

Pop: when you zig, I zag.

I thought we are one of the few teams with a winning record on the road. Check me on it... I’m a lazy SOB after work.

Spurs feed made a good point today about the Jazz: Their record is a bit misleading as they have had a road heavy schedule so far.

9-7 on the road
2-6 at home

Spurs aren't putting up much of a fight vs Utah tonight (or maybe Utah is just that good?).

Could it be that they are saving themselves for the game against the Lakers?? (yes, no, maybe).
