He has been money with those threes. If he drives in, people would be mad he didn't take the open shot.

LeBron would choke on the fts anyway. I have more faith in that 3

You are in the bonus. Vucevic is awful defender. Go to the basket and draw a foul or score. I mean step back three is better than that? Really?

Luke's default setting is to bench Zo to mask his own coaching deficiencies. It is a good strategy though since Zo is so polarizing and Luke knows a certain number of people will take the bait.

The teams defensive effort in the 2nd and 3rd quarter were a team problem, not a Zo problem.

In honor of the win, all floridians in the orlando region will smoke bath salts instead of meth tonight to celebrate.

LeBron made 1 of 2, then 2 of 2 to tie it up. We came back when we started getting to the rim, with one KCP3 sprinkled in.

And when they've managed to get past their FT woes for a little while, the 3 point shooting will go to crap and/or they'll come out to start a game like zombies and/or they'll blow a nice lead in a matter of minutes. Same things over and over and over and it never seems to piss Luke off.

I wonder what the reaction would be like if we had Lonzo in there and still lost the game. It's easy to throw out blame once the game is over. Heck, lets go back to all our losses and say we could have had this guy in instead of this guy and we would have won.

The Sky is not falling my friend. We’re barely a quarter into the season. Not even a quarter.

Lakers aren’t very good. They beat a few bad teams barely. This is a .500 team in the west.

This is just like the second loss to San Antonio which put Luke on the hot seat with Magic, and this may have a similar effect. You have to see the correct adjustments the second time around when facing a lesser team that just beat you, and Luke just failed again. He was thoroughly outcoached coming out of halftime.

You also got to give the Magic some credit. After Lebron missed that wide open 3. Lebron drove on the pick and roll and Vucevic did a great job meeting Lebron at the rim. Lebron would have had to shoot it over a defensively set 7 footer if you wanted him to force a shot in the paint. Lebron in that situation actually did a great job finding KCP for a open 3. It just didn't go in.

I’m pretty sure Luke is pissed off

He made adjustments to get us back in the game. An as unpopular as it may sound he did the right choice keeping KCP in the game.

Lebron shooting the three while tied at 114 with a minute to go while in bonus was Lebron’s choice not Luke.

Zo is our future. KCP is gone unless something goes wildly wrong with our FA plans or he is so horrible he doesn’t get a decent offer from anyone else. Zo played well today, and by being benched the entire fourth quarter makes it look like Luke blames him for the struggles when it was far more than that.

19 games in the season with 63 to go. I think I’m going to say it’s safe to say your comment is a bit premature

Only Bron is our future and maybe Ingram since Magic said he was untouchable. Everyone else could be gone at any moment.

Luke was coaching to win now. It's not about the future. It's about putting in the player he thinks gives the team the best chance to win and he decided for this game it was KCP.

14 1st half turnovers and the missed free throws is why they lost this game. Got discouraged in the 3rd and let it slip, but good fight to get it back. Just hard to get past that many self inflicted wounds.

I also want to give a shout out to the wonderful Ken Mauer, who decided to gift Orlando with (bleep) calls the entire game. His last one on McGee, the bogus goaltend call, was a killer.

Yeah, he’s not the reason we lost but he sure didn’t help...

Mauer has been a Laker killer forever

Basically our version of Joey Crawford to Tim Duncan

Yupe, also did you notice when he got fouled on that alley loop miss lay up? NBA Refs are on full display this year to screw teams when they can, someone needs to complain to the league cause this ish is ridiculous.

That’s why Luke needs to get canned. The fact that his brain thinks that.
