Dude gave me the MCU. I’ve watched every movie and every show. I’m super grateful for his creativity and those who worked with him

RIP, grew up reading his comics. Fell out of reading them, and re-kindled that love after the blockbuster movies started coming out. Gonna miss his appearances in every Marvel movie going forward.

Oh no! The last of the original Marvel creative team has left us.

Excelsior Stan the Man and thanks for all the good memories.

I worked on a documentary about these comic book artists in Toronto a few years ago and Stan Lee sat down for an interview. I wish they would release the outtakes because Stan was (bleep) hilarious. A true character himself who invented so much.

He got to see the world catch up to and fully appreciate his unique creations.

It could not be done today, pump out all those comics every month and have the sales to support them, so we just have marvel at the times and what could be back then.

What will Sheldon do?

Another one of Stan's great cameos was on BBT.

If the show went on another season I'm sure they would have done something to honor him they way they did after Leonard Nimoy passed. It wouldn't surprise me if they added an in memoriam at the end of one the episodes to recognize his cultural contributions that have so heavily influenced the show.

We'll probably get to see him a few more times as he reportedly already filmed his cameo scene in Avengers 4. I'm assuming this also true for Spider-Man: Far From Home which wrapped up filming last month.

Used to go to the comic book store every Friday after school and get my haul to read over the weekend. Of course it was Marvel all the way. Thank you, Stan, for your wonderful creations.

Comic book store? It was the Rexall drug store for me. But yeah the Marvel comics were so much better than DC. Thanks for the fun Stan.

It was about the RAID studio where a lot of big comics are produced. It focused on Ramon Perez, Francis Manapul, and Kalman Andrasofszky. You can see it here:
