this signing could be like Detroit signing Rasheed in 2004 to lift them to the title.

Check out his stats with PHX, he got a few 10/10 games... this signing could be like Detroit signing Rasheed in 2004 to lift them to the title.

His best game this season was 14p 11r vs the.... Lakers who lacked depth at center

Sheed was still in his prime when he helped the Pistons win a ring. Tyson is near the end.

I still like this signing though. Now, we don't lose defense when Javale goes to the bench. I was concerned we'd burn him out before the playoffs because he wasn't used to playing that many minutes.

He’s been effective though this is why this signing can end up being huge, he can still play and Impact games.

This is huge. Maginka most likely anticipated this. Helps explain the offseason moves a little better.

Nice! wanted him as a free agent a few years ago. Has So Cal ties and a championship on his resume. He's on his last legs but he'll fill a huge hole on the roster.

Big difference between that and lifting us to a title, IG.

If they actually planned this, I apologize for all the angry comments I made about their handling of the center position.

Great news. Hopefully we can ease McGee’s minutes and not get destroyed in the paint when he sits down.

Rondo/Tyson is some great experience for the second unit. Throw in Hart and Kuz and that’s not half bad.

He's on a two-way contract so we can just stash him in the G-League.

Did not mean the signing lifting us to a title but we will have a better team now and a better chance to succeed in the playoffs.. My bad.

This is like mana from heaven!!

McGee has been great but he can only go 25 mpg

Now Tyson is here for the balance of those minutes.

Perfect two headed dragon!
