He was truly a great. I always have had the utmost respect and admiration for him. I got to watch him hit a gland slam off Don Sutton--left center if I remember correctly. Generally, I would not say it that way, but the game was already a route so it wasn't that bad.

Funny, I've never thought of Mays like that.
