Simmons may average a triple double this season....he seems to get there so easy.

I agree...I can see him having a 14-5-4 type season....basically his rookie year.

If Ingram can learn how to neutralize Simmons... we could do well against them... assuming we can eventually find someone to slow Embiid.

IF you have a mental break down and forget how to shoot, you get a pass on your rookie year?

Welp welcome rookie Lonzo Ball

he played the first 4 games and last 10 games of the season. I said basically his rookie season because he played limited minutes in 14 games last season.

He seems locked in on defense at least.

If Fultz also becomes a solid man to man defender, that would really help them even more. He certainly has the size to do it.

Kyrie and Hayward had bad games and Boston still dominated. Might be a one horse race if Kawhi isn't back to MVP form.

Why is Embed siting on the outside and Simmons is not bringing the ball down the court?

I wouldn't count out Steph, that guy looks as if he's on a mission.

this would not be an opening night game if the NBA knew Russ would be out....doubt OKC can keep it competitive with GSW without Russ.

He is so irrelevant to me now that it took me a minute to figure out who you were talking about. I forgot all about him over the course of the summer lol

Klay is definitely a couple tiers below Durant or Curry. He can’t make a basket without one of those two spacing the floor for him.

GSW should be killing these guys. Really think they're gonna coast through the regular season (yes I see their point totals)

Embiid actually blocked it and the ball spun off his hands into the hoop. Unlucky physics is all.

Schröder might work for OKC. I also like the Noel/Grant pairing on defense if not on offense.

uh huh

the thing about physics is if he had blocked the shot, the ball would have went in the opposite direction.....but Brown powered it through the attempt and probably should have got the foul call. It takes a pair to challenge the big man 1 on 1 at the rim.

It spun off Embiid's hands and even looks like it touches the glass before going in.

Did Brown's hand touch the rim? If not, then there ain't no dunk.
