Think a huge reason DLO flourished is because Caris got injured and Kenny didn't have anyone else to rotate with DLo besides Spencer and napier.
100%
DLO thrives by creating a certain rhythm in the offense for himself and for others. Every time, Caris is out there he destroys that rhythm.
They went on a losing streak with them playing together, Caris went to bench and they started to win. Then last game, Caris played with DLO alot and they lost.
Caris loves to pound the rock alot and every time he does its one less good possession orchestrated by DLO _________________ Llluuukkkeee
Caris and Dlo worked well when LeVert was healthy.
I really believe in LeVert. He's clearly in his own head right now though.
I watched some of the Nets last year as well. LeVert really struggled in the beginning of the year. He looked as bad as he looks now. Once he broke free, he stopped being so hesitant, and he looked great. He goes through slumps.
I feel like he's one of those guys that needs to be mentally right for him to flourish (which is most players).
LeVert isn't the reason Dlo is missing open shots lately. He might just be hitting a wall.
DLO and Lou Will playing more meaningful games than the Lakers at this point in the season. Incredible _________________ Austin Reaves

And of course the arrogance of the Lakers fans will be to dismiss this.
I mean, I really wanted LAL to trade Lou Will at the time. What pick did that end up becoming - did we draft Kuzma or Hart with it? _________________ Austin Reaves

Depends on how you look at it:
We got the 27th pick for DLO and 28th pick for Lou. In reality, we could have got Kuzma with either of those picks probably. So its a matter of opinion.
Considering the fact that we were going through a rebuild, I have no problem with the Lou Will trade especially for Kuzma.
However, the DLO trade doesnt make sense for a rebuilding team especially if all we end up for him is Hart.
In any case, DLO played amazing last night, but the coach and teammates let him down. I think some coaches are really good at developing teams and players within their system, but they struggle to let star players flourish. Developing a star is different than developing any other player.
As an example, you have to make adjustments to your system and rotations to maximize your star and/or you have to allow your star to break the system and do things other players arent allowed to do (Heat Check 3). _________________ Llluuukkkeee
